My Record

You can find all of your upcoming and past consultations in the section called My Record.

You can view details about upcoming appointments, edit your appointment and join a scheduled video call. If your provider or care advisor need more information regarding your consultation, they will message you. These messages will also be visible on this page. 

You can also find your Oral Health and SmileScan Reports and access messages for past appointments.
