How to download your Oral Health Report

After every virtual consult, your provider will fill out an Oral Health Report for you to review. You can download and/or print this report to save for later. To do this:

1. Login to Dentistry.One
2. Click on "My Consultations" in the navigation bar on the dashboard
3. Click on "View Report" for your consultation under the "Completed" section
4. At the top of the report, click on either the "Download" or "Print" button
