Viewing your Oral Health Report

After every virtual consult, your provider will fill out a Oral Health Report for you to review. You will get a text or email notification when it's complete. You can download and/or print this report to save for later. To find your Oral Health Report Report, follow these steps:

1. Login to Dentistry.One
2. Click on "My Record" in the navigation bar on the dashboard
3. Click on "View Report" for your consultation under the "Completed" section
