If your Dentist or Care Advisor need any more information for a case, they will message you. These messages will be available to view and respond to in the My Record section.
To view or respond to a message, select My Record from the menu on your dashboard.
This will take you to a list of your open and closed cases. Click Messages on your current case. If this section isn't visible, the Dentist or Care Advisor has not sent you any messages.
The messaging feature for a case will close 16 days after the last message was sent. You will be able to read and download a closed conversation.
Type your message in the text field and click send. You can also add attachments and images to your messages.
You will be notified when you receive a new message.
