Joining the Video Call

When you are ready to join the video call at the time of your appointment, you will see a button at the top of your screen to click that says "Waiting Room". 

In the waiting room you will be able to check your camera and background. You can also choose to blur your background or select a different video camera feed. You will be able to join the video call 10 minutes before your appointment time by clicking the Join Now button.
