How to upload intraoral photos

Intraoral photos, or images of your teeth, can be uploaded in 2 areas of the Dentistry.One platform. 

Virtual Visit or Oral Health Report Request Form

When requesting an appointment or Photo Review case, there is a section where you can upload images for your assigned provider to review. You are required to submit at least 2 images prior to an asynchronous Photo Review consultation. Our guided image intake will take you through the steps for taking the best quality photos. You can choose to use either your front or back-facing camera of your smart phone to take these images. 

Messages with Provider or Care Advisor

Intraoral images can also be uploaded to the chat thread with your provider or care advisor at any time. To upload an image, navigate to the "Messages" button on the case in the "My Record" page. From there, select the "Attachment" button to upload a picture or the "Camera" button to take a picture.
