When you've decided which type of Dentistry.One consultation is best for you, click the button on the dashboard to get started. If an option is greyed out, it means that service is not available in your state.
If you choose to Talk Live with a Dentist and schedule your call, you'll see a calendar with available dates and times. Available dates are shown in blue. Click the date and then select a time that works best for you. Providers can also be filtered by languages spoken.
You will be asked a series of questions about what's going on in your mouth, try to answer as many questions as possible so that your dentist can give you the best care. You will also be asked to upload or take pictures of your mouth. If you have photos available to upload, you can continue on your desktop. If you want images to be uploaded directly when taking them, you will be asked to continue on your mobile phone.
If you haven't already completed your profile, you'll be asked to enter basic information like address, date of birth, phone number, and pronouns. You can find more information on the data collected in profile section here.
After your profile information, you'll need to add your medical information. If you have already fill in this section, we ask you to review and update your medical information if needed. An up to date medical history is important to your dental health because most health conditions and medications can affect your mouth and oral health. You can find more information on the data collected in this medical information section here.
You will be able to add additional information and images to an open consultation up until the moment your dentist starts reviewing it.
